Azdean and Khadija founded Destination Morocco with a conviction that had been building for years: that travelers deserved to experience the Morocco that locals know. Not the surface Morocco of crowded medinas and hurried itineraries — but the deep Morocco of ancient friendships, family kitchens, sacred valleys, and starlit desert silence.

Amy and I aren’t backpackers anymore! We needed comfort and a pace that was enjoyable, we didn’t want to be in a different city every night, Azdean understoot that when building our itinerary.Our whole 15-day itinerary was perfectly timed, and the private luxury transport made the long drives enjoyable. Staying in beautiful, quiet Riads was a treat, not a hotel chain experience. Destinations Morocco made sure our trip to Merzouga Desert was comfortable, the Nomad experience and Gnawa music in addition to lunch with a Berber family was the highlight of our trip. Destination Morocco took us off the beaten path and showed us the real Morocco.
