This podcast is perfect for those with an upcoming trip to Morocco or just those who love to travel and are dreaming of a trip! I leave for Morocco in a few months and this podcast helped me make some decisions on what I wanted to do while there and help alleviate some of my concerns as a solo female traveler :) can’t wait to keep listening!

I stumbled upon the "Destination Morocco Podcast" while planning my trip to Marrakech, and I'm so glad I did. The episode " Activities and Advice for Travel In and Around Marrakech" was an absolute gem. Sam and Azdean provided a comprehensive guide to navigating the city, with tips on exploring the hidden gems beyond the touristy areas. The authentic touch, giving me insights into the city's culture and lifestyle. The production quality is top-notch, and the hosts' enthusiasm is infectious. I've gained a newfound appreciation for Marrakech, all thanks to this fantastic podcast!

I recently embarked on the Imperial Cities Expedition organized by Destination Morocco, and I am beyond impressed. Ahmed took very good care of us on the road. Especially on the High Atlas hairpin roads. He was very kind and friendly and was a pleasure to be around. Ilyas was a terrific guide. He really went above and beyond everything I have experienced previously with other guides on other trips. He was very natural, charismatic, and informative. He was very patient with us and offered to take beautiful photos for us and answer all of our questions. He made us feel very safe and comfortable with the locals. We really appreciate his time and generosity. We loved learning about Morocco and Berber culture and hearing his stories. It really felt like we were traveling in Morocco's as guests and not as tourists (if that makes sense). The Riads were great, and the hospitality was amazing. Harmony and I would really appreciate it if you could please let the hosts at Kasbah Didis Dades know that we really appreciated their hospitality and amazing food. That was our favorite meal in Morocco (so far!). Very delicious couscous. And thank you again so much for the gifts! That was an extremely wonderful surprise for us! You are too generous!! 😅 We are very happy to have chosen Destination Morocco! I also mentioned to Sam that once I have gone through my photos. I recently posted asking for recommendations for a trip to Morocco and received many responses. I followed up and spoke with many helpful guides and tour agencies, but I want to share about one person in particular - Azdean Elmoustaquim! Azdean and his wife, Khadija, started and run "Destination Morocco.” Azdean is a gem among gems - he is kindness personified. He goes above and beyond, is ethical, knowledgeable, and very well-connected. I have spent hours speaking with him and have listened to his many podcasts and read many positive online reviews. Though I will definitely post about my trip when I return (late Oct.), I wanted to share his contact info now in case anyone else is in the process of planning a trip. He will make your life so much easier. Azdean knows we are on a tight budget and has accommodated us in every way. So even if you only need a tour guide for one day in an imperial city or a driver to get from Marrakesh to Merzouga or a recommendation for a hotel or desert camp or a full guides tour from the moment you land until being dropped off at the end of your stay, he is your guy! But the best part is, you’ll absolutely enjoy getting to know him - he is lovely. He’ll feel like you made a new and wonderful friend after the first conversation!

I'm looking forwards to hearing more about Morocco, it's on my bucket list!
